Things that bother me more than they probably should: When someone unfriends me on Facebook When someone is not gay that I really want to be gay (and I want a lot of people to be gay, or at least a lot of girls)

Today was my birthday :)
Got to spend time with my best friends. I just love laughing with them and being with people who really get me the way no one else does. I still haven’t found a group of friends as close as the ones I had in high school. I wish we were closer in geography, but I’ll take whatever visits I can get. I love them so much.

Kevin and I are going clothes shopping after christmas, and I’m really excited about it.
I own and wear clothes I wore in middle school and high school because I can still fit into them, but I want to get some grown up clothes.
We’re going mostly to the Muncie Goodwill as well as thrift stores in surrounding areas, but I think I might like to get a few nicer (not used) things too....

It’s no secret that beautiful things produce foulness but somehow it is always a surprise. I expect beautiful people to have grace and dignity. I expect babies and kittens to smell good always. I expect acts of generosity to have no underlayer of self-interest. Because these expectations are unshakable, they might be called convictions.
