So, I got a new mouthguard for my birthday, and last practice I tried it out for the first time.

Christmas.
I’ve spent all of this week slothing around my parents’ house in a drugged-up haze after having my wisdom teeth out.
But the drugs are all gone and my teeth/jaw/face is almost healed, so time to be a real person now, I guess.
Christmas/the holidays make me extremely anxious, as always. Christmas was pretty alright, though. I’ll be bouncing back and forth between my apartment...

20th birthday!
My birthday weekend was lovely.
I got the skates I asked for and there was a lot of squealing and hand flapping involved while opening them.
Riedell Wickeds. 265 boot, powerdye aluminum lightweight plates, blue Radar Tuner wheels (96ish durometer), and abec 9 precision speed bearings. My old skates are falling apart and the wheels/bearings are completely trashed, so I’m getting new...
