yeah I feel good!
I just got done working out with Zach. Not like that you pervs….
Here’s what I did:
- 25 crunches with my feet flat on the floor, knees at 90 degrees, and straight up in the air
- 25 crunches to each side
- 26 bicycle crunches [did twice]
- 30 sec planks [did twice]
- 30 sec T-stands left & right
- 25 push up with my ball [cause I can’t do real ones :) ]
- 10 butt curls
- 10 butt curls with arms [5 pound weights]
- 20 pumping butt curls [“baby butt curls”]
- 20 bicep curls
- 20 overhead press
- 20 triceps [first 10 with 10lbs second 10 with 5lbs cause it got hard]
- 20 side zippers left & right
- 25 left lifts
- 10 leg throws straight, left, and right
- 30 leg lifts with my stomach on my ball
…and I think that’s about it. Zach and I helped each other with the leg throws and timed each other for planks. It was nice working out with him. Now I’m drinking a mango, almond milk, oatmeal, and greek yogurt smoothie [I know it’s not the healthiest smoothie but it was all I had] to help recover.
YAY WORKING OUT!
I will be a derby monster this year!
Liz and I are going to the gym and doing this workout and more tonight! Since we’re drunk bums and didn’t make it to Saturday practice today.
